How is my laundry washed?

We handle your laundry with care using high-quality, trusted products. You can choose from:

  • Tide

  • All Free & Clear (perfect for sensitive skin or eczema)

  • Seventh Generation (plant-based and eco-friendly)

 What safety and sanitation measures do you follow?

    Your health and hygiene are our priority.


    We always:

  • Wear gloves during each step of the process

  • Sanitize all equipment and surfaces after every load

  • Keep your laundry separated to prevent cross-contamination

Do you offer pick up and delivery?

Yes! We provide free pick-up and delivery in Cuyahoga Falls and surrounding cities within a 10 -mile radius.


Outside of that range, a small delivery fee will apply.

  Is there any paperwork or deposit required?

    Yes. Before starting service, we require:

  • A signed consent form (you’ll receive this by email or in -person )

  • A $20 non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward your first service

What is the turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is 24–48 hours after pick-up.
